Kumkum Bhagya Today Episode Written Updates
The episode begins with Prachi shivering in her sleep due to a fever. Ranbir notices her condition and checks her temperature. Prachi tells him that she doesn't want a wet cloth on her forehead. Ranbir explains that he doesn't have the strength to do it and reveals that he spoke to a doctor who recommended giving her medicine instead. He also mentions that he is in pain but dismisses it when Prachi asks about it. Prachi admires Ranbir's bravery and calls him "superman" for his heroic acts. Ranbir tells her that it's already 3:30 am and he can't go home. Prachi asks him to retrieve a box from the table, which contains first aid supplies. Ranbir gets the box, and Prachi insists on applying the ointment herself. They share a playful banter as Prachi tends to Ranbir's injury. Ranbir suggests sleeping on the sofa, but Prachi tells him to stay.
The next morning
Rhea serves breakfast to Vikram, Pallavi, and Dida. She eagerly waits for their appreciation but is disappointed when they are too engrossed in discussing the events of Khushi's birthday party. They talk about Balbira attacking Prachi and Ranbir saving her, inadvertently ignoring Rhea. This angers Rhea, and she hopes for something that will make Ranbir hate Prachi.
In a dream sequence, Ranbir wakes up to find Prachi wearing a white glittery saree and pulling the curtains. He holds her and expresses his fear of her leaving him. He asks her to say "I love you," to which she responds with confusion. Ranbir urges her to say it, and she finally says, "you." They fall back onto the bed together, and Prachi reassures him that she will never leave him, embracing him in a hug. However, it is revealed to be Ranbir's dream. He thinks to himself that he always dreams about Prachi. He enters the hall, excited and happy, but sees Ashok and Akshay sitting with Prachi, Dadi, and Shahana. Ashok thanks Ranbir for saving Akshay and expresses gratitude for his care. Ranbir mentions his injury, and Prachi insists that he stays for food. Ranbir declines, thinking that everyone must be waiting for him. Shahana approaches him and thanks him for coming, saving Prachi, and for Khushi's sake. Ranbir asks her to take care of Prachi and herself before leaving.
Meanwhile
Rhea ponders over what to wear for the day and searches through her wardrobe. Aaliya enters through the window, surprising Rhea. Aaliya asks if Ranbir has arrived, mentioning that it's already 10 am. Rhea replies that he will come later and leave the next day. Aaliya notices Rhea looking at her clothes and teases her, suggesting she must be thinking about which outfit will make her look best. Aaliya compares Rhea's innocence to Ranbir's and states that Prachi's cleverness comes from her mother. Rhea asks Aaliya to leave, but Aaliya proposes that if Rhea agrees to accompany her, it means she admits defeat. Rhea then reveals that she burned Prachi's photo the previous day.
Aaliya is shocked and becomes concerned about Khushi, as she realizes that Khushi is Prachi's daughter. Rhea expresses her fear that Khushi will bring Prachi and Ranbir closer, leading to talks of them reuniting for the sake of their child. Aaliya declares that she won't let them love and care for each other as she had broken that bond long ago. She suggests they do something big and instructs Rhea to meet her the following day at 9 pm so she can reveal her plan. Rhea agrees to meet her.

Akshay telling Prachi that he knows she wants Khushi and that her ex also wants her. Vikram warns Ranbir that his trust in Prachi may result in him losing Khushi. Ranbir declares that he won't let Prachi take Khushi. Akshay promises Prachi that she will have Khushi within a day.
