Ekam finds the partial truth

The episode continues with Ekam determined to prevent Nehmat from leaving. Despite Nehmat's insistence, Ekam insists that she should rest and stay with them. Their argument escalates until Sartaj intervenes and tells Nehmat to remain quiet and rest due to her poor health. Meanwhile, Cherry questions why everything is in disarray, and Naaz remarks that Harleen is occupied with work because Ekam is preoccupied with Nehmat. Harleen overhears their taunts, becomes upset, and confronts them in anger.

Nehmat remains determined to go back to her home, prompting Sartaj to call out to her. Harleen recalls Naaz's hurtful remarks and becomes emotional. Nehmat notices Harleen in distress and prevents her from harming herself with a knife. Harleen reassures Nehmat that she should not worry and emphasizes her commitment to her responsibilities. Nehmat reminds Harleen about their grandparents and urges her not to contemplate such actions again. Harleen shares her feelings of emptiness and pain, expressing her unwillingness to endure any further suffering. Sartaj arrives and witnesses Harleen showing the knife to Nehmat, promptly instructing her to put it down. He advises Nehmat to eat and take her medication.
Balbeer feeds Naaz while they discuss their decision to keep an eye on Nehmat. Sartaj and Nehmat join them for a meal, and Naaz mentions their favorite dish, chili paneer, which Nehmat now wishes to have something light instead. Naaz taunts Nehmat, and when Sartaj asks for fruits, Naaz suggests papaya, which Nehmat and Sartaj decline. Nehmat reveals that she will no longer touch papaya, leaving Cherry curious about the sudden change and mentioning its avoidance during pregnancy.

Meanwhile, Ekam examines pictures of Nehmat and himself, attempting to piece together the events of that fateful day. He recounts their happiness and the subsequent kidnapping of Nehmat on their wedding day, Advait's murder, and his wrongful imprisonment. Ekam recalls Jasmin's involvement in his release, Nehmat's refusal to marry him without providing a reason, his marriage to Harleen, and their encounter with the imposter Sartaj, whom Nehmat did not recognize until the day of Baisakhi. Ekam senses that there is something unrelated to Sartaj that he is yet to discover, and only Nehmat can provide him with the answers.

Nehmat dismisses Ekam's curiosity, citing a headache and feeling nauseous. Sartaj advises her to take her medication for relief. Just then, Nehmat receives a message from Ekam, stating that he has learned the truth and vows not to spare the person who compelled her to leave the wedding mandap. Determined, Nehmat decides to meet Ekam, leaving the house. Naaz makes a lighthearted remark, comparing Nehmat to Paro from the famous novel "Devdas." Harleen assumes Nehmat is going to meet Ekam and becomes worried. Nehmat calls Ekam and inquires about his whereabouts. Ekam instructs her to meet him within half an hour, warning that if she doesn't, he will ruin the person responsible for their troubles. Nehmat assures him that she is on her way and disconnects the call, but she starts feeling dizzy as she heads towards the meeting point.
