Virat’s Strange Way To Cope Up With His Pain
Satya tells Sai that she looks cute when she smiles. Sai asks what she means, and Satya explains that she looks cute like Savi and Vinu when they smile. Sai reveals the reason for her smile, saying that she received a call from her uncle, Viju kaka, after a long time. Satya is surprised and asks about her uncle. Sai explains that Viju kaka was her late mother Aabha's senior colleague, who used to treat her like a daughter and spent a lot of time at their house. He always believed that she would become a doctor one day. Sai informs Satya that Viju kaka is currently posted as a commissioner in Nagpur. Satya expresses her admiration, saying that Sai is fortunate to have both a father and a father-like figure in her life, while she herself didn't have any such figures.
Sai asks Satya if she can invite Viju kaka for dinner, and Satya happily agrees to the idea. Meanwhile, Virat arrives at a kickboxing training institute and inquires about the best student there. The coach introduces him to Masood, a state-level champion. Virat expresses his desire to fight with Masood, and the coach informs Masood about Virat's request. Masood, considering Virat his inspiration, agrees to the fight. During the match, Virat deliberately takes blows from Masood, using the physical pain to distract himself from the emotional pain caused by Sai's growing closeness to Satya. The fight is eventually stopped by the coach, who questions Virat's intentions. Masood apologizes, but Virat appreciates his efforts. He explains to the coach that physical injuries help divert attention from the heart's unbearable pain. Just then, Virat receives a message about a meeting with the new commissioner.
Savi and Vinu play with a doctor's kit, and Sai smiles as she watches them. Vinu wonders why Sai is smiling at the toy kit when she has her own real kit. Sai reminisces about her childhood, where she used to check Aabha's pulse and treat him. In a flashback, Viju kaka enters and gifts Sai her first doctor's kit. Back in the present, Sai explains to Savi and Vinu that she used to check Viju kaka's pulse whenever he visited their home. She then shares her excitement about meeting Viju kaka. Meanwhile, Virat meets Commissioner Vijendra (Viju) and hands over case files. Viju remarks on Virat's penchant for dangerous missions and advises him to take care of himself, at least for the people of Nagpur. Virat acknowledges his words and leaves the cabin.
Later, Sai enters the commissioner's office and accidentally bumps into Virat. She questions his presence there, and he reveals that he came to meet the commissioner. Sai notices Virat's injuries and insists on nursing his wounds, despite his resistance. She tells him that she heard from Sai that he neglects his well-being and suggests that he should take care of himself, especially for the sake of his children. Virat leaves without saying much. Sai then enters Viju's cabin and surprises him. Viju emotionally hugs her and assures her of his support, stating that she has always treated him like a father. Sai asks about Viju's son, and he explains that his son is settled abroad with his family and only calls him once every few months. He advises Sai to forget about it and asks if it's true that she and Virat are separated.
In another scene, Virat visits Ninad and pours his heart out, expressing how much he misses Sai and how her presence weakens and hurts him. He wonders how he can forget Sai and the memories they shared, feeling lost and unsure of what to do. Ninad sympathizes with his son and hopes that Virat's wish will be fulfilled.
The precap shows
Sai bumping into Virat and asking him if she can ask for something, despite their strained relationship. Virat, feeling bitter, comments on how Sai took everything away from him and now wants something in return. Sai then reveals that she wants his help in reuniting two separated lovers.
