 Abhi helps Akshu: Yeh Rishta kya Kehlata Hai

The episode continue Akshu rushing to the exam center, leaving her slipper behind. However, she arrives late, and the exam supervisor refuses to let her write the exam. Akshu pleads with him, mentioning the landslide as the reason for her delay, but he remains firm in his decision. Heartbroken, she leaves the center in tears while Abhi, who has been witnessing the situation, picks up her slipper and follows her.

Meanwhile

 Abhinav reveals to Abhir that they had planned to surprise Akshu by coming to the exam center. As they hear someone crying, they turn to see Akshu hiding. She wonders how they arrived so quickly and notices her slipper in Abhi's hand. While Akshu is dealing with her emotions, the exam supervisor informs her to hurry up and give the exam. Confused, she rushes back inside.

Abhi expresses his gratitude to the man who saved his father's life, while Abhir refers to him as the "doc man." Abhi explains that he brought Akshu to the exam center since Abhinav got stuck in the landslide, not wanting her to miss the exam. Kairav, who has been eagerly waiting to meet Muskaan, is informed that she is away in Jodhpur for two days. Disappointed, he leaves.

As Akshu is on her way back, Abhinav comforts her, assuring her that they can handle everything and even start an organic farming business on Neela's land. Akshu is comforted by his words. Meanwhile, Abhir shares his achievement of scoring the highest in football with Abhinav, who praises him and suggests that he can play football for 15 minutes every day.

Akshu, troubled by the secret she's keeping from Abhir about his real father, witnesses a conversation between Muskaan's friend and Muskaan herself. The friend informs Muskaan that Kairav likes her and wants to talk to her, emphasizing that it's not a crime. However, Muskaan dismisses it, stating that it's just guilt and that their love will disappear once this guilt ends. She suggests that it's better if Kairav stops coming to see her.

Later

 Abhinav, Akshu, and Abhir return home, and Abhi jokes around as they approach the door, which mysteriously opens on its own. Abhir finds it fascinating, while Abhi apologizes for returning and leaving again, explaining that he gave the keys to Neela when he went out. Abhinav reassures him that it's alright.

Meanwhile, Abhir wonders if the "doc man" might have found some information about his real father. He asks the doctor to come and see his car collection, but Akshu intervenes and asks the doctor to accompany her instead. Abhinav senses that something is amiss. He finds a letter that Abhir wrote and tries to read it, but the paper flies away before he can read its contents. Abhi speaks to someone named Rohan on the phone.

Akshu takes Abhir aside and asks if there's something on his mind. Abhir admits that he knows Abhinav isn't his real father. Worried, Akshu asks him how he found out, and Abhir explains that he overheard a conversation between Akshu and Abhi when she made a cake for him. Akshu realizes that Abhi was telling the truth, and she had wrongly accused him. Abhir comforts her, assuring her that he's not sad but curious to know who his real father is and why he left both of them. Akshu recalls the doctor's words and decides to tell Abhir when the time is right, when he becomes a grown-up. Abhir trusts her and says he loves her, to which she reciprocates the feeling.
