The episode continues with Abhinav and Akshu engaged in a conversation. Abhinav expresses concern about their worried expressions, prompting Akshu to reveal that she is anxious about her upcoming exam and the potential consequences if she fails. Abhinav reassures her, emphasizing that she has studied hard and is bound to succeed. Akshu hugs him tightly, feeling conflicted about sharing the truth with Abhinav but not wanting to bring turmoil back into their lives.

Meanwhile, Abhir confides in Abhi, telling him that he has informed their mother that his father is not his biological father. Abhi comforts Abhir by embracing him, understanding the weight of the truth he has revealed.

Muskaan confronts Kairav about his actions and asks him why he caused a scene at the girls' hostel. In response, Kairav presents her with a ring, expressing his love for her and promising to keep her happy. The rain starts pouring as Muskaan is moved by Kairav's declaration. She embraces him, reciprocating his feelings momentarily before pulling away, confessing that she doesn't trust him. Tearfully, Muskaan walks away, leaving Kairav heartbroken.

The next morning, Akshu performs an aarti (a Hindu ritual) for Abhi and thanks him for his support. She questions why he didn't reveal the complete truth to Abhir and shares her confusion. Abhi explains that it was difficult for him to hide the truth indefinitely, and he believes that one day, Abhir will come to him for answers. Akshu acknowledges his trust in her and apologizes for doubting him. She then informs him that she has prepared aloo parathas for breakfast.

Abhi prays while Abhir heads off to school. Abhinav mentions that he had planned to drop Abhir, but the child decided to go with his friend instead. They smile at Abhir's growing independence.

Later, Kairav calls Akshu, and his call is put on speakerphone. He reveals that Muskaan rejected him despite her love for him, citing a lack of trust as the reason. Akshu suggests talking to Muskaan, believing that they both still love each other. However, Abhinav disagrees, stating that Muskaan made the right decision because he doesn't believe Kairav can truly love and care for her. Abhi, on the other hand, insists that Kairav deserves a chance because he has changed due to the circumstances of his life. A heated argument ensues between Abhi and Abhinav. Abhi believes that everyone deserves a second chance, even after making mistakes, while Abhinav holds the view that some mistakes are too significant to warrant a second chance. The disagreement intensifies, with Abhinav asserting that he knows what to do because it involves his sister. However, Abhi maintains that Kairav, as an individual, deserves an opportunity. Their argument is interrupted when Akshu turns around and sees Abhir, who has overheard their conversation.
